(AI) \u6b63\u5728\u900f\u904e\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u65e5\u5e38\u4efb\u52d9\u3001\u7522\u751f\u9810\u6e2c\u6027\u898b\u89e3\u548c\u589e\u5f37\u5ba2\u6236\u53c3\u8207\u5ea6\u4f86\u6539\u8b8a\u92b7\u552e\u548c\u5ba2\u6236\u670d\u52d9\u71df\u904b\u3002\u804a\u5929\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u3001\u9810\u6e2c\u5206\u6790\u548c\u5ba2\u6236\u95dc\u4fc2\u7ba1\u7406 (CRM) \u7cfb\u7d71\u7b49\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u5de5\u5177\u6b63\u5728\u5e6b\u52a9\u92b7\u552e\u5718\u968a\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7387\u5730\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u7684\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6280\u8853\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u73fe\u4ee3\u92b7\u552e\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u80fd\u5920\u6eff\u8db3\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u671f\u671b\u4e26\u8ddf\u4e0a\u5feb\u901f\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u8da8\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u64f4\u589e\u5be6\u5883\uff08AR\uff09\u3001\u865b\u64ec\u5be6\u5883\uff08VR\uff09\u548c\u8a9e\u97f3\u52a9\u7406\u7b49\u672a\u4f86\u5275\u65b0\u5c07\u70ba\u92b7\u552e\u6d41\u7a0b\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u8eab\u81e8\u5176\u5883\u3001\u66f4\u64ec\u4eba\u5316\u7684\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u5916\u570d\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u92b7\u552e\u512a\u5316\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u9810\u6e2c\u6a21\u578b\u3001\u6578\u64da\u9a45\u52d5\u7684\u898b\u89e3\u4ee5\u53ca\u7c21\u5316\u5ba2\u6236\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u5728\u672c\u90e8\u843d\u683c\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u516d\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u92b7\u552e\u7d93\u7406\u4e86\u89e3\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u5728\u92b7\u552e\u548c\u5ba2\u6236\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u7684\u7576\u524d\u61c9\u7528\u548c\u672a\u4f86\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u89e3\u91cb\u5982\u4f55\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u6280\u8853\u6574\u5408\u5230\u654f\u6377\u7684\u696d\u52d9\u5be6\u8e10\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u66f4\u5feb\u901f\u56de\u61c9\u548c\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u92b7\u552e\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u90e8\u5206 <strong>1. \u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u5206\u985e\u6cd5\uff1a\u92b7\u552e\u7d93\u7406\u9700\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u4ec0\u9ebc<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\uff1f<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u662f\u96fb\u8166\u79d1\u5b78\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u5ee3\u6cdb\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u5275\u5efa\u80fd\u5920\u57f7\u884c\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u4eba\u985e\u667a\u6167\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\u7684\u6a5f\u5668\u3002\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u5177\u6709\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u5f9e\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u5230\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u6c7a\u7b56\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u92b7\u552e\u7d93\u7406\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u7684\u5206\u985e\uff08\u5176\u985e\u5225\u548c\u529f\u80fd\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u5982\u4f55\u5229\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u5de5\u5177\u505a\u51fa\u660e\u667a\u7684\u6c7a\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u9019\u7a2e\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u5c08\u70ba\u7279\u5b9a\u4efb\u52d9\u800c\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u900f\u904e\u804a\u5929\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u81ea\u52d5\u56de\u61c9\u6216\u8655\u7406\u92b7\u552e\u6578\u64da\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u898b\u89e3\u3002\u72f9\u7fa9\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5c08\u6ce8\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u6f5b\u5728\u5ba2\u6236\u958b\u767c\u6216\u5ba2\u6236\u7d30\u5206\u7b49\u7279\u5b9a\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u8272\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u901a\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\uff08\u5f37\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u901a\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7406\u8ad6\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5b83\u5c07\u80fd\u5920\u57f7\u884c\u4eba\u985e\u53ef\u4ee5\u57f7\u884c\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8a8d\u77e5\u4efb\u52d9\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u6211\u5011\u8ddd\u96e2\u5be6\u73fe\u901a\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u9084\u5f88\u9059\u9060\uff0c\u4f46\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u9032\u6b65\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5275\u5efa\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4ee5\u985e\u4f3c\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u9748\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u9069\u61c9\u6027\u4f86\u8655\u7406\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u92b7\u552e\u4efb\u52d9\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 \u6a5f\u5668\u5b78\u7fd2\uff08ML\uff09<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6a5f\u5668\u5b78\u7fd2\u662f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u5b50\u96c6\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u8a13\u7df4\u6a5f\u5668\u5f9e\u8cc7\u6599\u4e2d\u5b78\u7fd2\u4e26\u96a8\u8457\u6642\u9593\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\u9032\u884c\u6539\u9032\u3002\u5b83\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u65bc\u92b7\u552e\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u92b7\u552e\u7dda\u7d22\u8a55\u5206\u3001\u5ba2\u6236\u6d41\u5931\u9810\u6e2c\u548c\u63a8\u85a6\u5f15\u64ce\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u76e3\u7763\u5b78\u7fd2<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e2d\uff0c\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u4f7f\u7528\u6a19\u8a18\u8cc7\u6599\u9032\u884c\u8a13\u7df4\u4ee5\u505a\u51fa\u9810\u6e2c\u3002\u5728\u92b7\u552e\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u6839\u64da\u6b77\u53f2\u8cc7\u6599\u9810\u6e2c\u5ba2\u6236\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5ba2\u6236\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7121\u76e3\u7763\u5b78\u7fd2<\/strong>\uff1a\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u7121\u9700\u4eba\u5de5\u76e3\u7763\u5373\u53ef\u5f9e\u975e\u7d50\u69cb\u5316\u8cc7\u6599\u4e2d\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u6839\u64da\u884c\u70ba\u6a21\u5f0f\u3001\u4eba\u53e3\u7d71\u8a08\u6216\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7fd2\u6163\u4f86\u7d30\u5206\u5ba2\u6236\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5f37\u5316\u5b78\u7fd2<\/strong>\uff1a\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u6d89\u53ca\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u7cfb\u7d71\u900f\u904e\u5f9e\u6210\u529f\u548c\u5931\u6557\u4e2d\u5b78\u7fd2\u4f86\u6539\u9032\u5176\u6c7a\u7b56\u3002\u5b83\u5c0d\u65bc\u512a\u5316\u52d5\u614b\u5b9a\u50f9\u6216\u6539\u9032\u884c\u92b7\u7b56\u7565\u4ee5\u56de\u61c9\u5ba2\u6236\u56de\u994b\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 NLP
