Este artigo explora as possibilidades de ir al\u00e9m dos sistemas tradicionais de notas, inspirados na complementaridade entre humanos e IA, nos princ\u00edpios de agilidade nos neg\u00f3cios e nos modelos de gamifica\u00e7\u00e3o, para criar uma experi\u00eancia de aprendizado envolvente, iterativa e focada em habilidades.
