Spotify?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru agiln\u00edho r\u00e1mce neexistuje univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed a statistick\u00e1 jistota, ale studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na velikosti a slo\u017eitosti organizace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abychom mohli prov\u00e9st dobr\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br r\u00e1mce, mus\u00edme prozkoumat, co bylo vyvozeno z minul\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed a anal\u00fdz. Budeme v\u011bnovat velkou pozornost potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm vazb\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed Agilit\u011b zaz\u00e1\u0159it d\u00edky pou\u017eit\u00ed vybran\u00fdch r\u00e1mc\u016f, a tak\u00e9 prom\u011bnn\u00fdm, jako je velikost spole\u010dnosti, \u00farove\u0148 slo\u017eitosti a dal\u0161\u00ed faktory, kter\u00e9 se zdaj\u00ed nazna\u010dovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru \u00fasp\u011bchu p\u0159i jejich zohledn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Velikost spole\u010dnosti a agiln\u00ed r\u00e1mce<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4>Agiln\u00ed r\u00e1mce pro mal\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed podniky<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie agility nazna\u010duje, \u017ee Kanban si vede l\u00e9pe ne\u017e Scrum p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed harmonogramu projektu, zejm\u00e9na v men\u0161\u00edch firm\u00e1ch do 50 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, zat\u00edmco anal\u00fdza faktor\u016f harmonogramu Scrumu nazna\u010duje v\u00fdhody pro mal\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed firmy s m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 50 a 100-500 zam\u011bstnanci (Lei. et al, 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Agiln\u00ed r\u00e1mce pro velk\u00e9 organizace<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch agiln\u00edch r\u00e1mc\u016f existuje nejm\u00e9n\u011b dev\u011bt p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f a \"omezen\u00ed, jako jsou n\u00e1klady, kultura, struktura a rozsah kontroly\" (Conboy. et al, 2019). Krom\u011b v\u00fdb\u011bru r\u00e1mc\u016f mezi OPS, DAD, LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, Scrum at Scale a Spotify m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich l\u00e9pe vyhovovat slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm, zejm\u00e9na proto, \u017ee tyto \"r\u00e1mce se v\u00fdslovn\u011b zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed slo\u017eitostmi, kter\u00fdm \u010del\u00ed velk\u00e9 t\u00fdmy, a to z hlediska \u00farovn\u011b kontroly, pokryt\u00ed, flexibility, \u0161k\u00e1lovatelnosti, transparentnosti, eliminace pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed\" (Almeida. et al, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K v\u00fdzv\u011b, kter\u00e9 \u010del\u00ed velk\u00e9 organizace p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru r\u00e1mce, a to je p\u0159esn\u011b to, co m\u00e1me v \u00famyslu, kdy\u017e klademe d\u016fraz na InterAgility a ExtrAgility, je to, \u017ee stroje, technologie a automatizace ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my lid\u00ed, kter\u00e9 stoj\u00ed za vybran\u00fdm r\u00e1mcem. Jak poukazuje Conway\u016fv z\u00e1kon, dysfunkce, kter\u00e9 pozorujeme v na\u0161\u00ed komunikaci, maj\u00ed tendenci se replikovat v na\u0161ich syst\u00e9mech, ale nep\u0159edv\u00eddan\u00e9 okolnosti mohou tak\u00e9 zpomalit organiza\u010dn\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed, jak je poznamen\u00e1no v tom, \u017ee \"b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, ale nep\u0159edv\u00eddan\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti mohou napnout projektovou komunikaci a\u017e k bodu zlomu\" (Herbsleb &amp; Grinter, 1999).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdb\u011br p\u0159i roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fdch a agiln\u00edch postup\u016f ve velk\u00fdch organizac\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kontroverzn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobr\u00fdm v\u00fdchoz\u00edm bodem je zv\u00e1\u017eit a vyt\u011b\u017eit spole\u010dn\u00e9 rysy existuj\u00edc\u00edch r\u00e1mc\u016f Scaling Agile (Theobald et al, 2019) a z\u00e1rove\u0148 si uv\u011bdomit v\u00fdzvy p\u0159i Scaling Up Agile t\u00edm, \u017ee si uv\u011bdom\u00edme aspekty, jako jsou organiza\u010dn\u00ed, technick\u00e9, kulturn\u00ed a t\u00fdmov\u00e9 (Hobbs &amp; Petit, 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V n\u011bkter\u00fdch r\u00e1mc\u00edch se objevuj\u00ed obavy a kritika, ani\u017e bychom se zab\u00fdvali v\u0161emi t\u011bmito podrobnostmi, jednou z navrhovan\u00fdch my\u0161lenek je hled\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fkaz\u016f pomoc\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1vratnosti investic (Schwaber, 2013):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doba cyklu - nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed doba pro vyd\u00e1n\u00ed jedn\u00e9 funkce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyklus vyd\u00e1n\u00ed - doba, za kterou se vyd\u00e1n\u00ed vyd\u00e1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1vady - zm\u011bna z\u00e1vad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produktivita - normalizovan\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed na \"dokon\u010den\u00ed\" jednotky funkc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stabilizace - po dokon\u010den\u00ed k\u00f3du se % verze p\u0159ed vyd\u00e1n\u00edm stabilizuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spokojenost z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f - nahoru nebo dol\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spokojenost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f - nahoru nebo dol\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>N\u011bkolik slov k r\u00e1mci OPS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cten\u00e1\u0159i jsou <strong>siln\u011b<\/strong> doporu\u010dujeme p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst si pr\u00e1ci Dr. Soundararajana, kter\u00e1 podrobn\u011b popisuje vazby agiln\u00edch metod v r\u00e1mci c\u00edl\u016f, princip\u016f a strategi\u00ed (OPS). Odborn\u011b posoudila \"dobrotu\" agiln\u00edch metod t\u00edm, \u017ee pe\u010dliv\u011b zkoumala \"1 jejich p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enost, 2 schopnost organizace podporovat p\u0159ijat\u00e9 principy a strategie specifikovan\u00e9 metodou a 3 efektivitu metody\". (Soundararajan, 2013). M\u016f\u017eete <a href=\"https:\/\/www.proquest.com\/docview\/1532774128\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si jej\u00ed doktorskou diserta\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci zde<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Komplikovanost, slo\u017eitost, chaos a vzestup hybridn\u00edch agiln\u00edch r\u00e1mc\u016f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4>Vznik hybridn\u00edch agiln\u00edch r\u00e1mc\u016f v agiln\u00edm marketingu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edme, \u017ee Agile funguje ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s tradi\u010dn\u00edmi metodami, Standish Group sestavila studii za 25 let a 50 000 projekt\u016f, z n\u00ed\u017e vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee Agile p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed t\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch (Standish Group, 2011, 2020). Nejm\u00e9n\u011b 50% market\u00e9r\u016f uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed hybridn\u00ed verzi frameworku, pokud nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed Scrum nebo Kanban. Nen\u00ed p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9, \u017ee a\u0165 u\u017e se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jak\u00fdkoli Framework, pokud je zalo\u017een na podmno\u017ein\u011b agiln\u00edch praktik, o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee dos\u00e1hne ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry \u00fasp\u011bchu. Ve skute\u010dnosti v\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, pro\u010d Scrum a Kanban vedou k \u00fasp\u011bchu (Lei, et al, 2017), ale o hybridn\u00edch R\u00e1mc\u00edch nem\u00e1me mnoho \u00fadaj\u016f, krom\u011b toho, \u017ee se jim \u010dasto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Scrumban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b d\u016fvod, pro\u010d se v oblasti Business Agility objevuj\u00ed form\u00e1ln\u00ed i roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 kombinace r\u00e1mc\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agilemarketingnavigator.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agiln\u00ed marketing se ned\u00e1vno do\u010dkal nov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstku s n\u00e1zvem Agile Marketing Navigator (AMN).<\/a> kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed market\u00e9r\u016fm pomoci orientovat se ve slo\u017eit\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed (Ackerman &amp; Seaton, 2022), co\u017e plat\u00ed zejm\u00e9na v oblasti osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch postup\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Zaveden\u00ed agiln\u00edho r\u00e1mce v jin\u00fdch oblastech podnik\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco agiln\u00ed marketing \u010dasto vol\u00ed Kanban, Scrum, Hybrid a nyn\u00ed AMN, st\u00e1le v\u00edce se zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed frameworky v jin\u00fdch funkc\u00edch, jako jsou HR, finance, pr\u00e1vn\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed a prodej. Nap\u0159. A\u010dkoli Agile HR nep\u0159edepisuje typ r\u00e1mc\u016f (ICAgile), n\u011bkter\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed Scrum (Cappelli &amp; Travis, 2018). Agiln\u00ed finance zase navrhuj\u00ed r\u00e1mec Cynefin, kter\u00fd se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 vrstvami slo\u017eitosti (ICAgile).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 slovo o Cynefinu: nen\u00ed nov\u00fd, m\u00e1 solidn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti a slou\u017e\u00ed mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm odv\u011btv\u00edm, proto\u017ee se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 \u0161irok\u00fdm spektrem od uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 a\u017e po neuspo\u0159\u00e1danou pr\u00e1ci a od zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho\/p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9ho a\u017e po chaotick\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed (Kurtz &amp; Snowden, 2003).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Kter\u00fd agiln\u00ed r\u00e1mec je vhodn\u00fd pro va\u0161i firmu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak vid\u00edte, neexistuje jednozna\u010dn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 je v\u011bd\u011bt, kdy zvolit r\u00e1mec, kter\u00fd je pro va\u0161i organizaci vhodn\u00fd. Proto bychom se m\u011bli d\u00edvat na postupy, kter\u00e9 najdeme ve v\u00edce d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch funkc\u00edch podnik\u00e1n\u00ed, a inspirovat se jimi.
