class=\"wp-block-heading\">ExtrAgility--\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u8425\u9500\u6846\u67b6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u5f53\u4eca\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u8425\u9500\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u6280\u672f\u4e0e\u521b\u610f\u7684\u878d\u5408\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u6240\u8bf4\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u8425\u9500\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u73b0\u4ee3\u8425\u9500\u4e2d\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u6b3a\u9a97\u6027\u505a\u6cd5\u3002\u672c\u6587\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86 ExtrAgility \u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u65e8\u5728\u5c06\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u8425\u9500\u5b9e\u8df5\u878d\u5165\u654f\u6377\u65b9\u6cd5\u8bba\u7684\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u786e\u4fdd\u8425\u9500\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5728\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5728\u9053\u5fb7\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u73b0\u4ee3\u8425\u9500\u4e2d\u7684\u987d\u75be<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u73b0\u4ee3\u8425\u9500\u867d\u7136\u770b\u4f3c\u5148\u8fdb\uff0c\u4f46\u5f80\u5f80\u4e0e\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u6b3a\u9a97\u6027\u505a\u6cd5\u5982\u51fa\u4e00\u8f99\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u663e\u8457\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u4f8b\u5b50\u662f 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 50 \u5e74\u4ee3 \"\u7ea2\u6761\u7eb9 \"\u4fe1\u4efb\u6674\u96e8\u8868 \"\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u53ea\u6709 42% \u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u76f8\u4fe1\u4f01\u4e1a\u4f1a\u505a\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u4e8b\u3002\u8c03\u67e5\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6709 80% \u7684\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u4e0d\u4fe1\u4efb\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4f20\u64ad\u603b\u76d1\uff0c\u53ea\u6709 1% \u7684\u9ad8\u7ba1\u8ba4\u4e3a\u9996\u5e2d\u8425\u9500\u5b98\uff08CMO\uff09\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u8f6c\u578b\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u4fe1\u4efb\u7f3a\u5931\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u8425\u9500\u63a8\u52a8\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u8f6c\u578b\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u4e0e\u5176\u73b0\u72b6\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u5dee\u8ddd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u8d23\u4efb\u8425\u9500\u7684\u5174\u8d77<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u6cbb\u7406\u6807\u51c6\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u5546\u4e1a\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u57fa\u51c6\u3002\u8d1d\u83b1\u5fb7\uff08Blackrock\uff09\u548c\u5148\u950b\uff08Vanguard\uff09\u7b49\u9886\u5148\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5df2\u7ecf\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u76c8\u5229\u80fd\u529b\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u7ecf\u8425\u65b9\u5f0f\u5e76\u5b58\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u300a\u798f\u5e03\u65af\u300b\u6700\u8fd1\u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u51e0\u53ea\u8868\u73b0\u6700\u4f73\u7684 ESG \u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec Vanguard FTSE Social Index Fund \u548c iShares MSCI USA ESG Select ETF\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
